Favorites

Favorites give you quick access to your most important and frequently used accounts.

Adding a Record to Favorites

• Option 1: Click the star icon ⭐ on the record card in the right pane.
• Option 2: In the record list, right-click the item and choose “Add to Favorites”.

The star turns yellow to show the record's status.

Accessing Favorite Records

1. In the left navigation pane, go to “⭐ Favorites”.
2. The list shows all the items you have marked.

Removing from Favorites

• Click the star icon ⭐ on the record card again, or choose “Remove from Favorites” in the context menu.
