Frequently Asked Questions

Find the product, choose the version for your platform, and select the available download or store button. The newest release is shown as the current version.

Choose the version that matches your operating system. Windows downloads use EXE installers, macOS downloads may use DMG files or the Mac App Store, and Linux releases may be available as DEB or AppImage packages. Mobile apps open in the appropriate app store.

Some Abintrix apps are distributed through the Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, or Apple App Store. For these products, installation, updates, and purchases are managed by that store.

Earlier releases are listed when they are available. Open the product’s version list and choose the release you need. Current versions are recommended because they include the latest fixes and improvements.

It depends on the product. Some apps are free, some can be evaluated before purchase, and others require a license or an app store purchase. Check the product page for its current licensing terms.

Products that use an activation key ask for it inside the application. The key is provided after an eligible purchase and is not required for apps licensed through an app store account.

Update behavior can differ by product and release. Review the product’s release notes and back up important files before installing an update. Do not uninstall the existing version unless the product instructions specifically require it.

Make sure the installer came directly from abintrix.com or an official app store and that the product name matches the app you selected. Do not disable security protections or continue with an unexpected warning. If you are unsure, contact Abintrix support before installing the file.

Try the download button again and check whether your browser, security software, or network blocked the file. For store editions, confirm that the store app can open on your device. If the problem continues, contact support and include the product name, operating system, and version you tried to download.

Open the upgrade page, enter the email you used at purchase and your license key, and you will see every upgrade available for that license.

After the upgrade you receive a new license key, and the old one stops working. The app itself does not need to be reinstalled - just enter the new key to activate it again.
